Spoon flavored yogurt into a plastic bag. Squeeze dots onto cookie sheet and place in freezer. They’ll be ready in about an hour! | Such a great healthy summertime snack.

Sad. I have Lumbalgia, which is a deep pain in the lower back, don’t know exactly the cause. In the past month I just did pilates (my best friend opened her studio), also I wear high heels almost all day (not now). But I’m feeling sad, the old gym was motivating since it’s pretty nice, brand new and all the equipment is from BH. But this month doing pilates I feel that I didn’t move forward, I want muscles, I don’t want my friend’s body (she is skinny but no muscles, no difinition, just skinny…)  Plus I had my period last week, so the week before and this I’ve been feeling low, with cravings and threw up a few times. Recovering from an eating disorder is not easy as you might know. So… I’m cutting my intake and try to “cheer up” until I can go back to the gym, I think I’m not going anymore to pilates all week, maybe twice per week and after that hit the gym. In a month with diet and hard training I saw results and with pilates I feel I’m going anywhere. Thoughts? Pilates combined with gym? ?  I feel depressed actually, feel that I gain so much weight and actually I didn’t gain at all, but my muscles are not tight up like a month ago. ?

muffintop-less:

Studies suggest that not only are potato chips unhealthy, but they could be carcinogenic (cancer-causing!) You might be thinking “what else is new?” or “I eat baked, not fried, which is healthier…” But you would be mistaken.
Studies suggest that even “healthier” baked potato chips are dangerous! In fact, according to U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) data on acrylamide levels in foods, baked chips may contain more than three times the level of acrylamide as regular chips! Acrylamides are chemicals suspected of causing cancer, formed when carbohydrates, such as those in potatoes, cook at extremely high temperatures. Baked chips are very high in acrylamides.
The take-away from this in my mind is to avoid processed goods whenever possible. The occasional treat is fine but “everything in moderation”. Avoid snacking on this junk whenever possible. Choose natural, fresh produce and prepare it yourself! Get creative! =)
For more on this, I found a pretty good article below that explains more in detail. But you can also google it for additional websites!http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2011/11/07/the-shocking-true-story-of-how-pringles-are-made.aspx
